T Minus 2 Weeks......

....and counting.

The 15th of March is approaching with a scary swiftness, and the great wall of carboard that is our house is growing by the minute. Who knew we had so much...stuff?! I mean it's not like we haven't already been brutal in clearing out so-called unwanted items. Books have been Ebayed, furniture has been given to a friend who is setting up her first apartment, clothing has either been thrown away or given to charities, VHS tapes have gone the same way as the clothes and the folks who are buying our house are keeping the ENTIRE contents of our guest room....but there's still so much stuff!

Now, when I look around, there isn't a book to be seen (except the one I'm currently reading!), there's no glassware in the cabinet....and in the crockery cupboard there's just 2 plates, 2 bowls, 4 mugs ('cause you still have to be able to offer folks a coffee) and my cappucino maker has been packed!!!

I'll miss the sheer size of the house we're leaving, but I'm SO looking forward to the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood we're moving to. There's just the 2 of us and we don't need all that space!
